As the youngest member of the Lawton family, Jennifer was immersed in the construction industry from an early age and later married a builder—making construction a lifelong passion. With hands-on experience in the field and a background as a qualified teacher, she brings strong organisational and problem-solving skills to Steelpac Construction.
Today, she focuses on the business operations, overseeing administration and human resources to ensure seamless day-to-day management. Based in Waikato with her husband and four children, life is always busy, but she thrives in the dynamic environment.
